Inspiration:
The Inspiration Behind “Queen of Hearts” ♥️
I’ve always loved the nostalgia of a deck of playing cards, but I wanted to give the Queen of Hearts a bit of a makeover. Something a little more colourful, a little more modern and definitely with a bit more personality!
I love the idea of a queen who doesn’t take herself too seriously. She’s confident, a little cheeky and quite happy doing things her own way.
And I think there’s a little bit of her in all of us. Particularly as we get older and realise we don’t actually have to play by everyone else’s rules.
Sometimes you’ve just got to back yourself and play your own hand. ♥️
